Grainger Timber Frames were employed to build a new first floor extension over an already existing office. The work commenced in January and took 14 weeks from start to finish. The offices had to remain functional at all times, so a waterproof tent and scaffolding were erected to keep the build water tight and enable continuation of work. This ensured no disruption to the building works during the harshest of the winter months.
" Brian and his team’s attention to detail was exemplary with the minimal of fuss. They went about their day with the minimal amount of disruption to our business and always left the site in a clean and tidy manner. The quality and detail of the workmanship was outstanding and they are extremely reliable – they were always on site early and put in a full day’s work every day, something often lacking in the building trade. We are delighted with the finished product and visitors to our premises comment on the high standard of workmanship. Coming to work is now a joy."
